Cottage renovation & extension

Renovation and extension of an existing cottage. The old extension was demolished and rebuilt, the original cottage had a new roof and the inside was stripped back ready for the new layout and finish.

We undertook the main building package, including structural alterations, the rebuilt extension, roof trusses, studwork, insulation, plasterboarding, soffits, fascias, guttering and the internal works needed to bring the renovation together.

On this project we worked alongside the customer's chosen plumber and electrician, with the outside works being arranged separately by the customer.
